About Us

Interview Excellence was set up by Teresa Jordan. Her background is mainly the Public Service where she worked for many years. While there she received training in interviewing techniques and interviewed candidates for a variety of jobs with the HSE and the Local Appointment Commission. She also mentored personnel in interview skills. A high percentage of these staff would have gained employment as Medical Secretaries or clerical officer posts in the HSE.

 

Teresa assists employers with recruitment and is available to sit on interview boards as an external interviewer,  prepare interview questions and advise on legal/ethical interviewing.

As a FAS approved Career Planning Tutor she has delivered training to many FAS Trainees throughout the country.  She has also delivered training to LCVP classes and PLC classes. In addition she has provided training on a one-to-one basis to many job seekers and graduates.

A Training Needs Analysis will be carried out prior to the commencement of training to ascertain the specific learning needs of the individual client or group.

Group Training is particularly suitable for FAS Trainees; Transition Year Students; PLC Students; LCVP classes Secretarial or business Training Groups.
